Kwa-Zulu Natal born singer-songwriter and choreographer Bongekile Simelane popularly known as Babes Wodumo congratulated Dlala Thukzin for working hard in the previous year as his song iPlan was announced as Song of the Year across 7 radio stations.
Taking to Instagram the 29-year-old mother shared a series of pictures of Thukzin and shared how she knows him.
In her caption she wrote that she remembers when she first met Thukzin through Mah-ah and he always carried his bag for him, “☺️Ngikhumbula ukuqala ukukwazi kwami sazan ngomfana ekuthiwa uMah-ah and wena wawuhlezi Uhamba naye umphathela Isikwama.”
She added that she always had goosebumps when she watched him play, “ngangithi when I looked at you udlala ngangiba namaGooseBumps watching you play, I’m also sure nala uShimora la ekhona he is proud of how much you have achieved.”

Towards the end of her caption, she wrote that she knows that Thukzin’s late mother is proud of him where she is, ” I’m sure noMah wakho la ekhona she is proud of how much you have grown and have shown the growth you have, noGogo indlela omenzele ngayo reali shows how usuyindoda ngakho.”
She concluded her caption by saying, “❤️Hlezi wazi ukuth ngiyakuthanda, I’m your number one fan.”
