Her rise to fame began in 2012 when she claimed the coveted title of SA’s Got Talent, marking the start of a remarkable journey that continues to inspire millions.
Now, in a crucial moment in her career, Botlhale has been selected as a Mandela Washington Fellow for the year 2024, a prestigious honour reserved for Africa’s brightest and most promising young leaders.
Taking to her Instagram she shared the news to her followers.
“I am so honoured to finally share that I have been selected as a 2024 Mandela Washington Fellow,” she said in excitement.
In her announcement, Botlhale expressed her excitement at the prospect of connecting with fellow African leaders who share her passion for making a difference and being placed under the Civic Engagement Track at Michigan State University.
“I have been placed under the Civic Engagement Track at Michigan State University and I truly look forward to learning and gaining skills to better serve my community. Furthermore at the prospects of engaging with other African leaders.”
