South African DJ and entrepreneur DJ Fresh along with actress Mapaseka Koetle have sparked dating rumours.
The pair were seen all lovey-dovey in public recently which fueled the rumours.
According to Sunday World, the DJ and actress are said to be romantically involved after being spotted at the premiere of The Honeymoon movie at the Emperors Palace Hotel Casino Convention and Entertainment Resort in Kempton Park.
“The Sunday World team was walking out of the star-studded venue when it witnessed Mapaseka, who was clad in a sexy yellow number, and Fresh, immaculately dressed in a pair of jeans and a black T-shirt, waltzing out of the venue, holding hands. Still joined at the hip, the two disappeared towards the hotel premises, which were a heartbeat away from the venue,” the publication wrote.
A source revealed to the publication that the actress has been spending a loads of time with the DJ and cares less about the age difference.
The source went on to reveal that due to the alleged relationship between the two and the ages difference has resulted in her friend alienating the actress.
Sunday World reached out to Mapaseka for a confirmation of the rumour and the actress did not deny nor confirm, however she said that they are just “friends.”
“We are just friends,” she told the publication.
Both Mapaseka and DJ Fresh are divorced. In February 2022, the former 947 radio presenter announced his divorce from his wife of 20 years, Thabiso Sikwane.
The ex-couple shared a joint statement recorded in a video clip that was posted on Twitter, stating that their divorce was amicable.
