Former Miss South Africa Dr Tamaryn Green-Nxumalo will make her appearance as the first guest judge on the much anticipated Miss South Africa television series Crown Chasers when the show premieres on SABC 3.
As Miss South Africa 2018, Dr. Green-Nxumalo competed in the Miss Universe 2018 pageant and finished as the first runner-up. She already served on the judging panel for the Miss South Africa 2021 competition, thus this is not her first time serving in that capacity.
The Miss South Africa reality show will begin this Sunday and it has award-winning television presenter Bonang Matheba as a judge, while former Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi will host the show.
The former Miss SA took to her social media timeline to announce the exciting news with her followers.
She said: “I’m so honoured to be a guest judge, on the very FIRST episode of Crown Chasers. A new reality show showcasing the road to Miss SA. All the glam & not so glam moments that you’re not usually privy to, the unseen challenges that go into the final selection of a Queen! Join me Sunday 9th July 2023 at 4pm on SABC3 & make sure to tell me who YOUR fav contestant is.”
