South African rapper Mthembeni Ndevu, better known as Emtee, has opened up about his relationship with his estranged wife, Nicole Kendall Chinsamy.
The two have been in the news for the past few years due to their dramatic relationship, which frequently catapulted them into the top trends.
Emtee and Nicole have frequently criticised one another on social media, from drug use to abuse claims.
It was also reported that the pair were going through a messy divorce. However, the Roll Up hitmaker has made it known in a recent interview that he and his estranged wife Nicole were “okay.”
“Right now we’re cool, we just had our first daughter, I feel like it was exaggerated in a way and many people had many things to say. I’m not that n*gga, I don’t put my hands on women, I don’t do none of that sh*t,” he said. “Right now things are okay, I can say because I can get to see my kids and spend time with them, I’m grateful for that.”
A week ago, the rapper took to his social media where he posted an image of his two sons along with his estranged wife. He captioned post:
“Through it all. We family 4L.”

The post was later followed by another image where Emtee is seen spending time with his boys.
“Had a good day with my gang,” he wrote.
