In the grand soap opera of South African celebrity romances, Minnie Dlamini’s love life has again taken centre stage.
After her high-profile marriage to Quinton Jones ended in 2022, Minnie seemed to have found her leading man in Dr Brian Monaisa.
Their Valentine’s Day debut in 2025 had fans swooning over their picture-perfect romance.
But, as any seasoned soap opera viewer knows, plot twists are inevitable.
Fast-forward a few weeks, and eagle-eyed fans noticed that Minnie and Brian’s lovey-dovey posts had vanished from Instagram faster than a plate of koeksisters at a Sunday braai. Both appeared to have done a social media cleanse of each other.
Brian was alleged to have started his love story with Minnie on rocky ground. His baby mama Neema Aloyce accused the TV personality of breaking up their relationship.
According to The South African, Neema told bloggers: “I was getting sick and tired of her [Minnie] behaviour of constantly poking me with posting things that left clues that she is with Brian, as if she is bragging that she finally has him after being his hidden side chick last year.”
Digital detective work began, leading to whispers and speculations about the couple’s sudden social media cleanse.
