Baltasar Engonga, Equatorial Guinea’s Director General of Equatorial Guinea’s National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF) has found his name trending in South Africa and the rest of the continent after authorities discovered his secret stash of explicit tapes which put the official in an extremely compromising position.
The story of Guinea’s civil servant is more twisted than one would imagine, as reports reveal that authorities initially suspected Baltasar of fraud, which prompted a raid of his office computer. Once gaining access to his computer, authorities found a staggering stash of approximately 400 sex tapes involving Baltasar’s encounters with a plethora of women, some of which are married and shockingly included his brother’s wife as well as the sister of the president of the nation.
This heinous discovery triggered a prompt response by Equatorial Guinea’s vice president, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue who announced the immediate suspension of all officials who have been revealed to conduct inappropriate behaviours in the premises of the offices of the country’s ministries.
“Today we will proceed with the immediate suspension of all officials who have had sexual relations in the offices of the country’s ministries. The Government will take severe measures against these acts, since it constitutes a flagrant violation of the Code of Conduct and the Public Ethics Law. This action is a decisive step in our policy of zero tolerance towards behaviors that undermine the integrity of the public service…” the president’s post reads.
To add insult to injury, Equatorial Guinea’sAnatolio Nzang Nguema revealed that Baltasar would be prosecuted for a transgression against “public health” should he be found to be infected with any sexually transmitted diseases.
Unsurprisingly, the internet users had much to weigh in on this pearl-clutching ordeal with several users wondering how something like this is even possible. Others have highlighted the fact that technically, besides inappropriate behaviour at the workplace, Baltasar has technically done nothing wrong as the sex was reportedly consensual from all parties involved.
At some point I have to admit that I am not smart, because my brain can not grasp the possibility that someone, anyone, can make over 400 sextapes, have a full-time executive job, a lovely family and top social status

Furthermore, others have raised the concern of the case of revenge porn, as none of the parties involved consented to the mass distribution of their private tapes. However, the source of the distribution is still unclear.
To clarify they suspected him of fraud, allegedly found nothing but did find what appears to be consensual sex tapes and now the tapes have been distributed across the internet. Both him and the women are terrible for cheating on their spouses but this is revenge porn. https://t.co/qLltiK7u8Z
