Showmax has recently announced the new cast members to join the Real housewives of Durban, this follows after Laconco, Londi london and Thobile were reported not coming back for season 3.
With all the speculations about who will be replacing the 3 housewives that left the franchise, the channel has finally announced the housewives.
The new cast members to join season 3 of RHOD are Mbaliyezwe Njiba, Maria Isabella Valaskatzis and Slindile Wendy Ndlovu.
Meet the New housewives:
Mbaliyezwe Njiba is an actress, musician and co-founder of African Centric Designs.
This new housewife told The Citizen she joined because it’s a successful franchise and a great opportunity for her personal growth and as a business, the actress also said she has been watching the reality show since season one and when they approached her, she couldn’t say no.

For Silindile , after coming from a six-year relationship this platform for her is about rebuilding and growth. “This platform grants you the chance to promote and rebrand, especially when you’re coming from a place of starting over again,” – says Silindile
Silindile is a human resource consultant by qualification, she is experienced in events management and interior designing. She is also the founder of events management company Mawesi Consulting.

Maria shared with The Citizen that she joined the platform to carry out the message for her activism work of women empowerment and mental health. The businesswoman is looking forward to working with the other 6 ladies to bring change for other women.
Maria Isabella Valaskatzis is a television presenter, producer and writer. She is the director of media and communications agency MV Consulting and is the co-owner of video production company VKATZPK Media.
