This weekend, festival goers were in for a treat after experiencing local and international talent at this year’s iconic Hey Neighbour Festival. Those who were not in attendance still had the opportunity to feel the vibes after some performers shared snippets of the festival on social media.
From Friday, 8 December to Sunday, 10 December, many fans made their way to Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria where they witnessed pure talent emanating from the stage. Multi-award-winning rap superstar Kendrick Lamar was the star of the weekend, performing on Saturday after Shekinah, Zakes Bantwini, Shimza, and Scorpion Kings (DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small) to name a few.
An appreciative Zakes, who performed his song Mama Thula from his newly-released album, took to Instagram to share a few clips and images from his performance.
