Almost three years after the passing of actor Shona Ferguson, his wife Connie Ferguson, family members and friends continued celebrating his life at a recent tombstone unveiling ceremony.
Born Aaron Arthur Ferguson on 30 April 1974 in Gaborone, Botswana, Shona died on July 30 2021 due to complications with COVID-19. The Gift actor was laid to rest on 4 August at the Fourways cemetery located in Johannesburg.
Guests at the ceremony were all dressed in white, which – according to internationally recognised colour expert Kate Smith – symbolises cleanliness, simplicity and purity.
Familiar faces including Connie’s Generations colleague Sophie Ndaba, singer Teboho Moloi, as well as social media personalities Tumi Links and Jabulani ‘Cashflow’ Ngcobo were spotted.
