Springboks flyhalf Handre Pollard and his wife Marise celebrated their 12th anniversary on 24 June, shortly after the arrival of their first child together.
Taking to Instagram, Marise posted a short and sweet 12th anniversary message dedicated to the Springboks player, which featured various pictures of the pair coupled-up in white attire.
“12 jaar saam met jou, en ek het jou liewer as ooit. 🤍🤍🤍” (12 years with you and I love you more than ever), she wrote.

Handre and Marise met through Facebook back in 2012. Amid their initial meeting, Marise was a student at The University of Pretoria and Handre was climbing up the ranks in rugby, by playing for The Bulls.
The pair tied the knot a few years later in 2017, at Cavalli Estate in the Cape Winelands area, they further reported.
Following about 6 years of marriage, Handre and Marise welcomed their first child together 0n April 25- a baby boy named Hunter André Pollard.
