While five of the seven suspects in the murder case of Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane have already appeared in court, it has been revealed what the two suspects still in Eswatini allegedly did with their murder money.
The apprehension of the suspects and the R800,000 blood money they were paid took the internet by storm in late February.
As per reports by the Eswatini newspaper, Times of Eswatini, two suspects were arrested in the neighbouring country by the Royal Eswatini Police Services while hiding in Mbabane Zone 4.
As previously reported, the above-mentioned newspaper shared that the Director of Public Prosecutions in Eswatini is in possession of the Standard Bank account statements where the suspects’ payments were deposited after they successfully executed the murder.

According to The South African, Mbabane police stated that the suspects – who moved to the area in November 2023 – always kept their gates locked, despite them hosting parties and inviting women to their hideout spot. Locals reportedly knew the house as one for partying.
It has also been revealed that the two murder suspects were not frugal as they had purchased expensive bottles of alcohol and usually withdrew their money from local cash-out points (mobile money), shares The South African.
Furthermore, Royal Eswatini Police Services have confirmed that the suspects are set to appear before the Manzini Magistrate’s court on 5 March in Eswatini before deportation.
