South African model Rosette Ncwana set the record straight regarding her divorce saga with businessman Lunga Ncwana.
The model who spoke to a gossip blog named Maphephandaba revealed that she wants to divorce her ex-husband, but he is allegedly refusing to sign the divorce papers.
“Bathong hle!! Let me set this record straight. I’m not refusing to sign any papers!! I’ve been up and down with my lawyers trying to get that signature from my husband. He’s the one delaying and making excuses. Been ready to sign the divorce papers since we separated six years ago! Maybe he needs to tell us why he won’t divorce me,” said the model while speaking to the gossip blog.
According to Briefly news, the former couple tied the knot in 2015 at the Boschendal Wine Estate in Franschhoek, Cape Town. Several high-profile individuals attended the glamorous wedding ceremony, including Michael Hulley, Theunis Crous, Tokyo Sexwale, Maggie Sotyu, Lee-Ann Liebenberg, and others. They reportedly met through a mutual friend in 2013 and were engaged in May 2014.
Rosette also dated Young, Famous & African star Andile Ncube whom they share a 12 year old daughter together named Gabriella Ncube. The pair have a beautiful co parenting relationship, which many could learn from, as the radio host recently took to his Instagram timeline to wish a happy birthday to the mother of his child. He captioned the post, saying:
“Mother of my children, happy birthday Asnath,” he wrote.
“I love this pic, we were so young and living like tomorrow was a far away fairytale and not once did we ever plan or speak of being together forever and even if we did, I’m sure we would never have dreamt of it in this way but here we are inseparable and bonded by a common love,” he added.
“You one of the dearest and closest beings and friend to me, I appreciate you and am grateful to walk this journey with you. Love you kid, mara Aowa! can this guy be the 1 cos yoh! Im tired of being dumped because of you maybe ha o jola they’ll finally understand and stay.”
