Outspoken businessman and political figure Duduzane Zuma tapped into his inner rapper and, of course, social media users shared their thoughts.
Duduzane recently expressed his interest in running the country when he announced the launch of his political party which is set to debut at the end of the month.
He told Sunday World, “My plans for going to the election include a new, realistic vision. An inclusive narrative. Society-driven solutions that are current, new-age, and driven by people who are affected by and understand today’s issues. Broadly put, messaging and activities that will lead to a drastic mindset change are the basis for fundamental and structural change.”
In a video shot last year that has now been shared on X (the app formerly known as Twitter), the son of the controversial, former South African president, Jacob Zuma, is seen at the Metro FM studio for an interview with radio personality Tbo Touch on The Touch Drive.
While award-winning American rapper Jay Z’s song You Don’t Know plays in the background, Duduzane is seen rising from his seat and rapping along. Feeling himself, the former African National Congress (ANC) member takes his black cap from the desk and continues to spit bars.

The video received both positive and negative comments from social media users.
One X user shared their honesty and said, “They’ll vote for him because of this. In South Africa, we don’t have an illiteracy problem, we have … DOMKOPS who are lazy to read political party documents before casting their votes. It’s just vibes!”
They’ll vote for him because of this. In South Africa we don’t have an illiteracy problem we have good English speaking DOMKOPS who are lazy to read political party documents before casting their votes. It’s just vibes!
