Singer Kelly Khumalo recently penned a short and sweet message of appreciation to her fanbase oMakhi, and some of the people she’s worked with on her album From A God To A King after she won a Basadi in Music Afro Pop Artist of the year award for Akathintwa.
Her Vocal Highness as affectionately known, was nominated in the Afro Pop Artist of the year category with artists such as Nomfundo Moh for Izibusiso, Brenda Ntambo for Enzakwenzeke, Lioness Mahoje for Dipotso, Lwah Ndlunkulu for Ngiyeza.
The Asine hitmaker and multi award winning muso shared a video of her award horn sitting next to others on her social media and paired it with an appreciation note that reads:
