Killer Front Page series starring Lemogang and Siphesihle set to debut

Making sure that we are entertained in the upcoming new year, Mzansi Magic has broke the news that it will be introducing a new star-studded show. Mzansi Magic is bringing its viewers an entertaining, captivating and thrilling local series that is set to grace our screens in January.

The new drama packed local series starring Lemogang Tsipa and Siphesihle Ndaba is set to occupy the primetime slot on Sundays, starting from the 14th of January 2024. Mzansi Magic describes the show as a “suspenseful new show that challenges ambition, ethics, and cold-blooded murder.”

According to the Mzansi Magic website, Shirley Adonisi, the Director of Local Entertainment Channels had the following to say regarding this new entertainment production.

“With this series, we are delving into new spaces as far as productions are concerned, with the aim of not only entertaining, but also setting trends.” She further explained the aspirations of the show stating, “We hope that this will bring some more drama and intrigue to our Sunday night line-up and will be appreciated by our Mzansi audiences.”

Diving into the plot summary of the series, Mzansi Magic says “The center of Killer Front Page is Sol Mojalefa Phiri, played by Lemogang Tsipa, a journalist whose stale career takes an unexpected turn. Affected by his father’s disappearance and motivated by a childhood promise to become the best in his field, Sol’s desperation for recognition makes him fabricate a front-page story.”

A further synopsis shares that viewers should expect the journey of Sol to be filled with trials and tribulations as he achieves journalistic greatness. Those that will be tuned in, will witness the web of lies, crime, and unexpected romance that he Sol finds himself involved in.

Brilliant thespians that are set to join the show are names such as Linda Sokhulu, Tina Jaxa, Chumani Pan and Thembekile Komani.

While we still anticipate on finding out who the rest of the cast will entail.
