Kim Kardashian lookalike Christina Ashten Gourkani, better known as Ashten G, has died after suffering a cardiac arrest while recovering from cosmetic surgery.
The OnlyFans model was reportedly recovering from plastic surgery on April 20 when she passed away, as confirmed by her family via social media.
“It is with deep sorrow and an immensely heavy broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate, and unexpected passing of our beautiful beloved daughter and sister,” they wrote in a post on Instagram, sharing a link to a GoFundMe page that has been set up to help cover the costs of Gourkani’s funeral.

The 34-year-old model, who was based in California, often posted her model pictures on Instagram, where she has 618,000 followers.
Many of the model’s celebrity friends and fans shared their messages of condolences with the young model’s family.
One user wrote: “She was one of the most gracious, sincere, genuinely loving souls I’ve ever come across. Sending love, peace, and healing light to you and yours,” one person said, as another commented, “I still can’t believe it. When I saw your story I was hoping it wasn’t true…we will miss you so much.”
Another social media user added, “RIP such a beautiful soul, still can’t believe this,” while another fan added, “I’m so heartbroken this has happened.”
It is so far unclear what procedure Gourkani had undergone or what prompted her condition to deteriorate, but her family claims that this is being “investigated.”
