LaConco has advice for singles this month of love

by Bongiwe Mati

The month of love has finally arrived and many who celebrate Valentine’s Day will express love to their partners in different ways. This can be a difficult time for singles who wish to be with partners as malls, shops and everywhere we go scream love.

The Real Housewives of Durban cast member and television show host Nonkanyiso Conco, better known as LaConco, offered advice to single people this month of love.

She started by wishing her fans (termed “mnge,” a shortened Zulu term for friend) with partners all things beautiful and easy who know how to look after their hearts.

“Stepping into the month of love. Bo Mnge nginifisela o-close your eyes, o-get ready, o-swift code or whatever Kodwa kube lana nje.”

She continued, “Lovers, may this month be a reminder that love is like a rose, its petals shine in beauty if you water it,” added the mother of one before offering advice to those who are single.

She concluded her post by advising singles to know their worth and not just settle, commenting:

“Singles pray, manifest, be patient, don’t settle for what you don’t deserve, and invest in yourself, you will meet your true love.”

“The last part of the caption. Siyabonga kakhulu Swerrie! Frame 2 ke Mnge ungigeza inhliziyo.”

“I love you so much Mge, you know I wonder if you know some of us look up to you. I love you being you Mge, you are such an inspiration.”

One user asked the television host to return to RHOD, adding: “You should have came back to the RHOD since Annie, the irrelevant, is gone.”
