The media scenes went abuzz yesterday when news that reality musician and The Lion King producer Lebohang ‘Lebo M’ Morake was divorcing his wife Pretty Samuels after being married for just a year.
Lebo M reportedly shared in a statement with TshisaLIVE that he was to issue his wife with summons for divorce.
In a statement seen by TshisaLIVE the composer was quoted saying:
“I will not be drawn into salacious allegations and innuendos about my business and personal life. I will be going ahead with the divorce and have already instructed my attorneys.”
Pretty and Lebo were reported by Sunday World to have exchanged their vows early last year in front of the magistrate.
The couple had earlier this year celebrated their first wedding anniversary posting a video dancing, the Lebo M: Coming Home reality TV star captioned anniversary celebration post:
“My wife and I @pretty_samuels Mrs M wish to express our gratitude to you all for your well wishes on the occasion of our 1st anniversary. A beautiful day was spent relaxed at home with family @ashleighogle ❤️❤️??.”

These news gave social media users a lot to talk about, with many calling the singer and composer a “serial husband” for his many failed marriages and marriage attempts.
