Renowned music producer and composer Lebo M might soon be dragging his ex-wife to court.
This is according to the news and entertainment publication Sunday World. The publication recently reported that the Lebo, best known for his outstanding work with Disney’s The Lion King live production, has accused his ex-wife Pretty Samuels of selling his Blüthner grand piano which reportedly costs a fortune.
According to the above-mentioned source, the discovery of the missing piano was noted recently. This comes as the 60-year-old is currently preparing for his eagerly anticipated show, which is set to take place at Cape Town’s Grand Arena in GrandWest on 18th April.
Sources close to the former couple told the publication that Pretty has allegedly used Lebo’s digital signature to ensure that the sale was a success, they also confirmed that they have evidence to back up their statements but were choosing to withhold this from the public at this point.
While the musician has yet to comment on the matter, his publicist confirmed that his main focus at the moment is ensuring that he delivers a perfect performance at his upcoming show.
“Lebo M is focused on delivering a world-class performance in Cape Town next week with Hans Zimmer. He’s fully committed to this once-in-a-lifetime show. Anything beyond that is a legal matter.”
Meanwhile, his legal team revealed that there was no doubt that Lebo will be taking legal action against his former spouse.
