Singer, Umhlobo Wenene and Tru FM business manager Loyiso Bala recently experienced a gang clash that led to gun fire erupting while on some ministry work in Cape Town’s Manenberg.
The area is notorious for gang violence something the city of Cape Town has been trying to fight for many years. Sadly, young boys have also started joining and forming gangs of their own.
Sharing these scary news, Loyiso shared pictures of members of the ministry praying for young boys with him embracing some. He captioned his post:
“Two days ago, @thejesuscollectivesa conducted ministry work in Manenberg, one of Cape Town’s most dangerous areas. While our team was setting up the stage in an open field, a violent clash erupted between two gangs, prompting us to relocate the outreach to a nearby school hall. Shockingly, the gunfire came from young boys, likely influenced by gang leaders. This incident wasn’t a coincidence. The Lord impressed on @hilton_petersen_ ’s heart that we should love and pray for the young boys of Manenberg, which led to the powerful moments captured in these photos. Thank you, Jesus! ?.”
