Lynn Forbes has been getting a lot of love from her late son AKA’s fans, called the Megacy.

The Megacy, derived from Kiernan Forbes’s alter ego Super Mega, has shown the grieving mother support through messages on her social networks. They have also been vocal about wanting justice for the late rapper who was gunned down in Durban on the 10th of February this year.

Lynn took to her Instagram to share a video of a Mother’s Day gift that she got from the Megacy. The video shows a note, cake, cupcakes and flowers as some of the gifts she got. She captioned her post, “I’ve gained an entire army of children in The Megacy … feeling grateful, loved and appreciated??Ⓜ️??.”

The letter written by the Megacy to Lynn, who also goes by the name Glammy, declared how much love and respect they had for her. The letter read:

“Dear Glammy

Mother’s Day! We at the Megacy wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for everything you’ve done for us. You brought AKA into this world, and through him, you have gained an entire army of children. The Megacy is a testament to the impact that AKA had on our lives and we know that none of it would have been possible without you.

“Your unwavering support, love, and guidance have been instrumental in shaping who he was, and for that, we will always be grateful. We hope that this small gesture of flowers and cake will bring a smile to your face and remind you that you are loved and appreciated by so many.”

The Megacy continued, “Thank you for being the glue that holds us together. Thank you for being a pillar of strength in our lives. And most importantly, thank you for giving us AKA. He may be gone, but his legacy lives on through each and every one of us.”
