Music in the 2000s was soulful. Although some groups are no longer together, the popular Afro-pop group Malaika’s remaining former members, Matshediso ‘Tshidi’ Mholo and Bongani Nchang, clarified whether they would reunite or not.

Malaika started as a trio before the untimely death of Jabulani Ndaba, and the remaining two members continued to make music together while going their separate ways.
