Emmanuel ‘Manie’ Libbok is a South African Springbok player who played quite a significant role in this year’s Rugby World Cup that was held in France.
The 26-year-old Manie grew up in a small town that is found 80km away from Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape called Humansdorp.
The famous rugby player began playing rugby from a young age. Manie made sure that he puts his best foot forward when it came to his rugby career, portraying dedication and passion for the sport leading him to the current position of success.
According to Ultimate Rugby – a dedicated rugby app – the Springbok fly half showcased his exceptional rugby playing skills “in 2015 when he scored two tries, four conversions, and one penalty, making him the tournament’s top scorer.”
With the above-mentioned information, it is evident that the star player is someone who is committed to being a remarkable player, however, Manie is also quite a romantic just like many of his Springbok mates.
Earlier this year, the player took to Instagram to share that he went on one knee to pop the big question to his high school sweetheart.

If there is one thing that the Springboks wear proudly, it is that they are four-time world champions and ultimate loverboys who will gush over their significant others.
The South African – a South African breaking news site – explains the two met and began dating in Outeniqua High School in George.
In an interview with Insider – a local and global news publication – Verna-Lee Arries shared, “We were in the same business class and that’s where we met. He was very shy and quiet and I’m very bubbly so I was the first one talking to him.”
In a recent Instagram post, Manie posted an image of himself alongside Verna-Lee and captioned it:
” My happy place 🤍.”
