Designer and founder of the MaXhosa clothing brand, Laduma Ngxokolo, is winning in life. Having just welcomed a baby girl named Qamata two months ago, Laduma has added another milestone to his 2023 successes.
The father of one announced a new MaXhosa store that will open at the Big Apple – New York – in February 2024.
This announcement comes shortly after USA’s former first lady Michelle Obama was seen wearing a MaXhosa Alkebulan Showstopper dress from their AW/SS22 collection while in the country.
Laduma’s MaXhosa clothing brand currently has a few stores in Johannesburg, including O.R Tambo International airport, Cape Town, Durban and his hometown, Gqeberha.
Sharing the massive news on his social media page, the Gqeberha-born talented businessman shared:
“@MAXHOSA will have a new home in New York 🗽 in Feb. 24, on the lower side of the Soho district 💫. To each and everyone that supported us since day 1, to date, and planning to support us in the future, raise your glasses and celebrate this big moment with us, THANK YOU!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥂.”

Rapper Stogie T commented:
