South African musical artist and businesswoman Duduzile Ngwenya, professionally known as Lady Du, took time to appreciate the dancers she works with.
Taking to Instagram, Lady Du shared a video of her dancers, in her caption she appreciated every dancer who did not get enough recognition.
She wrote, “This post is a post that is dedicated to the most amazing dancers in SA. I have known Tom for almost 10 years now, and we have been friends but only spoke about music. I am posting this from a very personal level, I’ve never been one to try out new things, I do what I love, and I do it the way I want it.”
Lady Du added, “I have never been a fan of TV shows, I don’t know if it was insecurity or just me being scared of all the lights and how many people watch the show, so I always said NO to a lot of TV shows. For Big Brother, I decided to risk it all. I was busy with my personal investments so I took a bit of a break from music to make sure they were set up right, I wasn’t gigging intentionally, I only went to shows I committed to.
She also shared that when she started working with Tom for her dance rehearsals, she gained confidence.
She concluded her caption, “This post is to appreciate the dancers we never make shine! They are the reason some of our videos are what they are today. I personally thank you guys for carrying me through my nerves, my insecurities and boosting my confidence.”
“May God continue to bless you, and this is not only for them but every single dancer out there that’s pushing our music and shows @kingtomlondon @sowetosfinestdancestudio_ @sowetosfinest THANK YOU,” she added.
