According to the well-known boom store Cum Books, the book delves into the former Miss South Africa’s life from humble beginnings to some of the greatest achievements of her life.
Here she reflects on setbacks, traumas, insecurities and the challenges of the perception that our highest achievements can satisfy the deepest desires of our hearts. It is considered as one that deals with themes of self-reflection, and faith which is something readers will get to explore through the lens of the former beauty title holder.
In a previous post on her Instagram page, she wrote: “Our identity is so often shaped by our life circumstances, relationships and accolades, but those things are all temporary. In A Crown that Lasts, I walk readers through how to discover or rediscover your eternal identity; one that won’t send you into a crisis or an emotional rollercoaster!”
Aside from promoting her book, she can also be seen making the most of her time back home. During this month she has been spotted spending time with family as well as visiting some local towns on the West Coast and parts of Cape Town.
