South African musician Bongani Mohosana better known as Murdah Bongz celebrates his one-year anniversary of being a solo artist.
Murdah launched his solo music career with a new name, Mörda and the star has been doing great alone.
The Mohogan sun hit maker formerly belonged to the Black Motion group with Thabo ‘Smol’ Mabogwane, but their split was confirmed in late 2022.
Taking to Instagram, he shared a video briefly detailing his one-year journey and he penned an appreciation note to celebrate his first-year anniversary as a solo artist.
“One year later from the birth of Mörda. It’s been a crazy ride, but I didn’t do it alone. Thank you to everyone who embraced the change, I’m so inspired to do more because I know now the music is what moves us. Here’s to continuing the journey together.”
