South African dancer Musa Motha left viewers in different parts of the world in awe after a stellar dance performance on Britain’s Got Talent.
Musa was diagnosed with bone cancer at the age of 11 years and had to have his left leg amputated. The amputee, who refuses to let anything get him down, went on to make history on Britain’s Got Talent by receiving the first ever Golden Buzzer from the four judges together, initiated by the audience.
Musa, whose aim has been to inspire both those who are in similar situations and everyone else, took to his Instagram to share a private message from one of the people who was inspired by him.
The message reads, “I really got inspired by you and I really appreciate the change you brought into my life and now I know that I can do anything with my flaws. Thank you so much Musa for showing I can be the bigger person and yet humble, thank you again I’ll always look to to you.”
Musa responded saying, “This is why reached out to but, to touch as many people as I can in a few minutes. I’m doing this for you guys and I’m super happy that my message is sent and received.”

Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell had also shared Musa’s performance video on his Instagram, captioning it, “An audition I will remember for life. So talented. So courageous. My huge respect for Musa.”
Musa did not go on to win BGT, losing to Viggo Venn last night, but to his followers, Musa remains a winner.
Social media users commented on his post, “@musa_motha95, you’re living your purpose. You will never be able to measure the impact you’ve had on people globally!!!! Keep shining and continue doing your craft and changing lives one performance at a time.”
Another wrote, “Musa you may not have won the trophy last night but you are the trophy for so many around the world and that is something to be proud of? Your light shines bright and powerful.
