He continued:
“This cut across both men and women, we need to appreciate our partners and celebrate them. We must not take it for granted what they do for us. Some they sacrifice a lot to fit in our life, so much compromises to build strong families. ”
Musa also added that those who stay together until the end need to be celebrated and sympathy must be given to those who face challenges along the way.
He finished off by saying marriage requires a lot of effort to keep it alive finishing off saying:
“There is so much work that goes into keeping marriage alive I think it is a huge achievement. Let us not reduce marriage into some kind of a by the way thing because some of us find it very difficult to keep it going. I want to challenge of all of us to think about what your partner has done to make this thing work and think twice about it.”
