Mzansi convinced that Matthew Booth and Bongani Moller are officially together

South Africans are now officially convinced that something is brewing between former Bafana Bafana soccer player Matthew Booth and Bongani Mthombeni Moller.

This comes after the two continuously spent time together during the festive season.

We have all heard the saying, “If it’s not on Instagram, it never happened,” and that was exactly what happened with these rumoured love birds.

The two were recently spotted looking all too cosy as they attended a lavish wedding in Cape Town together.

The picture which was posted on Bongani’s Instagram account shows Matthew dressed in a white shirt containing traditional African patterns while Bongani dressed in a dusty pink outfit rests comfortably in the arms of the former soccer player.

In December, the pair along with their children took a trip down to Lesotho for what was deemed work purposes.

In her post, Bongani wrote: “A few spectacular moments from our recent trip to beautiful Lesotho 🇱🇸. I embrace the opportunity to add a few days of exploration and relaxation to my work trips (they’re usually fast paced and intensive 🙆🏾‍♀️😅🥵), and even more so if I can bring my family along.”

Their rumoured relationship is no surprise to Mzansi. In 2022, they became the talk of the town when Matthew’s wife Sonia accused the two of having an affair dating back to Valentines Day that year.

Sonia, who shares two children with Matthew, expressed her disappointment after she revealed that Matthew baked a cheesecake on the eve of their son’s birthday, only to discover that it was not intended for him. When the family woke up the following morning, the cheesecake along with a Tupperware container was gone.

She later hired a private investigator and exposed all of the details on Instagram.

Both Matthew and Bongani have denied these allegations.

Meanwhile, the latest posts suggest that there might be more to the story.
