Fans of the late rapper Kiernan Forbes, popularly known as AKA, will soon have the privilege of reflecting on his legacy one last time.
This comes after his girlfriend Nadia Nakai recently took to Instagram to reveal the dates for her eagerly anticipated AKA tribute album.
Taking to the social media platform, Nadia shared a snippet of the visuals of a music video to one of the tracks on the album called, Sous Chef.
Captioning her post, she wrote: “BRAGGACY Album out on the 28 February 2025.” The announcement comes just days before the second anniversary of AKA’s passing.

The album is one that had been just more than a year in the making. Nadia first opened up about her plans to release a tribute album in 2023.
At the time, she opened up on how much the tragic passing of her former lover had affected her. While still in a state of mourning, she took to X (formerly Twitter) revealing that one of the only things that truly brought her comfort was to express herself through music.
“Working on the album is healing. Been recording all year, but something unlocked the past two weeks. I can’t explain, something happened,” she previously highlighted.
Listening to the album on the way home… it’s sooo amazing!!! Nothing you’ve heard from me before! This is spiritual! 💜
