Grammy Award winner Nomcebo Zikode gushed over her husband and thanked him for standing by her in a post on Instagram on 17 July.
Earlier this year, when they were announced as Grammy winners at the 65th Grammy Award ceremony in Los Angeles, singer Nomcebo Zikode, record producer Zakes Bantwini, and Wouter Kellerman made South Africa proud. Having worked together on the song Bayethe, they became one of the rare South Africans to win a Grammy.
The Grammy trophy for Zikode eventually arrived in Mzansi after several months had gone by. She enjoyed seeing the trophy, but there was one person in particular she wanted to express her gratitude to.
The gorgeous musician claimed that despite everything, Selwyn Fraser, her husband, is her greatest accomplishment in life.
“Through my difficult and tough times, you were always there to see me through. You held me tight when I felt my feet faltering. My biggest achievement in life has been having you next to me,” she wrote.
“I’m so happy that through all the trials and tribulations life has thrown at us, we get to celebrate this achievement together,” Zikode added.

Nomcebo Zikode, Zakes Bantwini, and the rapper Boitumelo ‘Boity’ Thulo from South Africa recently switched to a new talent agency, according to IOL. The group was rumored to have been Aline’s original artists. It’s also said, according to the South African, that The Music Arena of Gallo Records, one of Africa’s most illustrious record labels, and IMG Africa collaborated to create the talent agency.
