TV personality Ntando Duma returns to court following a disagreement with her neighbours concerning children playing in the parking lot of the complex.
Although the incident took place last year, the court case is still ongoing given that she was going to appeal earlier this week. The video which went viral on social media saw Ntando Duma and her friend being yelled at by neighbours for allowing children to play in the parking lot without adult supervision.
According to ZiMoja, an entertainment publication, her daughter Sbahle had been a part of the group of children playing there hence it might have angered Ntando.
A close source told the entertainment publication, that the dispute started after one of the complex tenants almost bumped into one of the children playing in the parking lot, this then escalated when the children reported this to their parents who then came to confront the neighbour leading to Ntando’s friend swearing at the neighbour.
Parents are always encouraged not to allow their children to play outside without adult supervision as accidents can happen at any time, and parking lots are not recommended as playground areas for children especially in complexes as there are other people around.
The source says that Ntando has been trying to prove that her sick note from the doctor is real after missing her court appearance earlier this year, adding that, the TV personality’s stunt to arrive in court with two bodyguards was a ‘little presumptuous’ given that the neighbour has a protection order against Ntando and her friend after being verbally abused.
The court case has been postponed to June for further investigation.
