Actress Pearl Thusi did not shy away from expressing her feelings when it came to her haters.
After recently venturing into DJing, Pearl received a lot of backlash from internet users with some alluding that she wanted to be the next Uncle Waffles.
If it wasn’t the way she dresses it was her having to experience ageist comments from internet users, and even though Pearl has been in the limelight for years, this backlash does get to her.
In recent videos posted on X (previously known as Twitter) by MDN news Pearl Thusi said, “Please guys if you see any negative energy about me scroll past it, if people are speaking about me in your presence ignore them, adding, that’s if you care about me if you don’t then speak.”
She further explained that she knew that her name had a nice ring to it, going on to talk about her other business ventures and the things she has achieved.
This video received a mixed reaction from X users with some feeling that it was a cry for help. Given how cyberbullying affects people’s mental health, internet users are encouraged to comment with precaution.
