Afrotainment record label boss Mthokozisi Khathi, popularly known as DJ Tira, is reported to be shooting a reality show.
The renowned Durban DJ is known for producing the biggest gqom tracks in the music industry and signing the Kwaito trio Big Nuz, which is only left with one member following the passing of Mampintsha and R Mashesha.
DJ Tira, who is married to Gugu Khathi, shares three children with the social media personality and entrepreneur and is set to hit the television screens to give viewers a behind-the-scenes look into the Khathi life.
Sources close to the couple told entertainment publication ZiMoja that the Khathis were busy shooting their reality show, adding that they were given an offer they could not resist by the production team.
“Tira is a profitable brand, he wouldn’t just agree to nothing unless it makes business sense to him, so you can imagine how much they got. Gugu is also a star in her own right and has been famous since she was a teen,” says the source to the entertainment publication.

The reality show will reportedly feature his family and document his journey into the music industry while producing great content which includes his record label Afrotainment.
With the amount of controversy that has followed the couple, the reality show is set to give viewers good content.
ZiMoja reports that the DJ divorced his previous wife Lale Ngcobo after two years of marriage due to witchcraft allegations by her. Where in his current marriage, there are cheating allegations against Gugu, who took accusers to court and threatened to sue them.
