As season 4 of the reality show The Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) comes to an end, here’s a recap of the past season.
This season was filled with a lot of drama with ghosts from the past returning on the show to viewers feeling that a lot of the cast members’ actions were uncalled for.
Having introduced us to four new ladies Zama Ngcobo, Ameigh Thompson, Angel Ndlela, and recurring member Londy Mazwide. These ladies did not come to play when it came to giving viewers content and drama as their diary confessions were more entertaining than most cast members’ storylines this season.
Friendships were tested and mended as Joku (Jojo and Nonku) joined forces with Maria and Zama, some friendships breaking and never getting fixed in a recent episode Slee told Nonku that she met with her former partner RD who she alleged stole funds from her business.
Although Slee’s tactic move didn’t receive a positive response online many users felt that it was a low blow and that she did not have a storyline without Nonku given that she was financially overstretched as she claims.
Zama’s diary confessions made a lot of people laugh as she expressed herself fully and never held back. Angel being the youngest also did not hold back but later learnt that she needed to control her emotions better and not always get into fights with the other ladies.
Annie was surely missed this season but made a few guest appearances with the ladies filling her in on the tea, hopefully, she makes a return in the next season.
