
The highly anticipated Valentine’s weekend has come and gone, and South African music legend Ringo Madligozi has emerged as the star of the show as his highly anticipated ‘Valentines Experience’ concert becomes the highlight for attendees.
Valentine’s Weekend of 2025 has cemented itself as one for the books in South Africa, as it was marked by not one but two concerts hosted by fan-favourite music legends Zonke and Ringo Madlingozi. After quite a hiatus from the -stage, Ringo returned with a bang as he treated the audience to a once-in-a-lifetime experience of watching the king of romantic ballads while celebrating the day dedicated to love.
From the days leading up to the coveted day, the anticipation was almost palpable as users took to social media to reveal that they were more than eager to witness a legend such as Ringo serenading them with some of his smash-hits, as well as giving them a taste of his upcoming project IKHWELO. It was then confirmed that the the Kum Nakum hit-maker had sold out Carnival City’s Big Top arena, confirming that this event would be one for the books.

With notable names such as Mbuyiseni Ndlozi and Mmabatho Mantsho in attendance, Ringo pulled off an unforgettable performance that attendees agree was more than just spectacular, but unforgettable as well. The show was characterised by a few guest performances who elevated some of Ringo’s biggest hits, ensuring that attendees enjoyed each and every moment of the show from start to finish.
