The renowned South African television presenter, and businesswoman, Basetsana Khumalo together with her husband Romeo Khumalo have recently obtained a second and final protection order against author Jackie Phamotse at the Randburg Magistrate’s Court.
The protection order they obtained restrains Jackie from engaging in or attempting to harass the Kumalos for the next five years.
The terms of the new protection order read: “Phamotse is also barred from making any malicious allegations on any social media platform concerning the applicant. The respondent is ordered to remove all malicious allegations against the complaint from all social media platforms posted by herself and or anyone acting on her instructions,” reports Sunday World.
The controversial blogger, Musa Khawula recently took to his X (formerly Twitter) page to break the news.

The couple obtained the first protection order against Jackie in 2018 after she spread malicious allegations against Romeo, this is after Jackie disclosed that she had seen a gay sex tape involving “the husband of a media mogul” without revealing the identity of the businessman in question.
