Springboks captain Siya Kolisi has appealed for assistance on behalf of Cape Town residents, who have been suffering greatly as a result of recent heavy rains.
Over the past few weeks, a powerful Atlantic storm swept the Western Cape province, resulting in widespread flooding.
“I know there are other things happening around the country. We’ve seen some horrible videos and images,’ he added. ‘I know our game is important but people’s lives are more important than us. If we can help as a team we will definitely do so. Please lend a helping hand,” said Siya.
In other news, KFC has partnered with yet another impactful organisation that has been working tirelessly to ensure that they make a difference in the country – the Kolisi Foundation.
