Radio personality Sizwe Dhlomo has recently left thousands of his followers shocked following his announcement that he has been a married man for the past two years.
When it comes to the personal lives of our local celebrities, few are more loyal and up-to-date with what’s happening to South African fans; however, a recent revelation by the media personality has recently left many shocked.
The Kaya FM host recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to respond to a user who posted a tweet saying that Sizwe needed to find himself a wife instead of sleeping with his socks on.
Ironically, Sizwe spotted the tweet and responded: “My wife and I have matching socks, lol.”
Shocked by his response, many took to the comments to ask when he got married, which was when he responded by saying:
“Remember that holiday about two years ago?”
Many females expressed how shocked they were by Sizwe’s recent revelation and how the news devastated them.
“I just fell to my knees,” wrote one user.
While another added, “You just ruined my week!”
According to the news and entertainment publication, The South African, there’s a good chance that Sizwe was referring to his holiday trip with friends Trevor Noah and Anele Mdoda. This comes at a time when Trevor was in South Africa alongside his then-girlfriend, Minka Kelly.
Pictures posted on social media showed that there was another mystery woman present, with many now assuming that this was Sizwe’s wife.

Meanwhile, if this is true, then Sizwe has done a good job keeping people distracted with his non-stop tweets while keeping his personal life private.
According to The South African, in a post that’s since been deleted, he previously posted:
“The public only knows 8% of my life… There’s so much more to me than what I tweet.”
