Skeem Saam has now become the second-most watched show in South Africa after passing Generations: The Legacy.
According to entertainment commentator Phil Mphela, in April, the SABC 1 youth soapie peaked with 4.3 million viewers for its top episode, beating Generations: The Legacy‘s 4.1 million.
With this milestone, the show finds itself second only to SABC 1’s other popular show, Uzalo.
