Rapper and businessman Siyabonga Metane, popularly known as Slikour has been hospitalised after he was involved in a hit-and-run accident.
The former Skwatta Camp member shared on social media platforms that this traumatic experience occurred while he was jogging.
Recently, Slikour who is known for hits like Umsindo, Dubula 2.0 and Dreamer among others, took to his Instagram page to assure that he is okay and shared a mini clip of him lying in a hospital bed.
He also shared that the nurse revealed that they treat hit-and-run patients a lot, which prompted him to plead with the public to be vigilant when jogging.
“While running today I got hit n run by a car. I’m ok thanks God but what traumatised me is when the nurse at the hospital told me how common hit-and-run patients get admitted in South Africa.
I know there’s a community of us doing our jogs and walks I’d like to appeal to you to please be vigilante. These perpetrators don’t care about you and your health goals or whatever gets you up.
