With some of the recent rumours swirling that actress Minnie Dlamini and her soon-to be ex-husband, Quinton Jones have gotten back together – the well-known actress has officially decided to set the record straight on the alleged romance.
The 33-year-old recently sat down in an interview with entertainment publication ZiMoja in which she firmly denied being back with Quinton.
Despite being spotted wearing her wedding ring on an Instagram post shared by the events planning company Andimahle Building Events, and later spotted with Quinton at Dr Sisa Ngebulana’s birthday party, she says she has no idea who started these rumours.

To finally set the record straight she said, “I am not back with that guy, and I don’t even know who started this rumour. That chapter is closed, and it will never be opened.”
The star best known for her role in the movie The Honeymoon further stressed that they are married but that she has opted for the decision to return to using her maiden name.
“We are still legally married, but I have taken back the Dlamini surname. My ID is back to Dlamini.”
The couple were married for 4 years until she officially announced that they would get divorced in February 2022.
Speaking to well-known radio broadcaster Kaya 959 she opened up on the challenges of marriage and how it made her become a stranger to herself.
“People need to understand that when a marriage ends, it doesn’t end at the announcement or the day before the announcement, it ends long before that.
“I never imagined getting divorced. I always thought that I would raise my kids how I was raised. I just felt like for me, the timing was off, I felt like I didn’t know myself. Furthermore, I went on to lose myself in my marriage.”
Meanwhile, the two share a three-year-old son named Netha Makhosini Jones.
