The Real Housewives of Abuja is soon coming to Showmax online.
From what we have seen on the trailer, the housewives are bringing fashion, betrayal, sass and feistiness.
This makes for the 8th African version of this franchise and second from West Africa following “The Real Housewives of Lagos”.
The cast of the franchise were revealed by Showmax and as follows:
Samantha Homossany, OJ Posharella, Comfort Booth, Arafa, Princess Jecoco, and Tutupie are all excited to share their lives with Africa,

Fans are excited to see the lavish lifestyle of these housewives and to watch the drama unfold:
“Abuja elites are not playing in The real Housewives of Abuja?. I can’t waittt to see the drama and pepper these women are bringing to our screens”
“I have a very strong feeling that Real housewives of Abuja would have more drama than that of Lagos.
Don’t get me wrong, Lagos was wonderful, but na Abuja babes be the real Koko.”

However, some fans of the franchise are not fans of the housewives:
“The new Real Housewives of Abuja trailer is garish and ugly. Which is sad because Abuja isn’t that at all. There’s a certain level of class and restraint that Abuja wealth has and it’s sorely missing from this trailer.”
“This real housewives of Abuja trailer that I just saw looks ghetto.”
Mixed reviews on the social media platforms, with fans creating sharing their thoughts on what they have seen so far on the trailer.
The show will premiere on Showmax, 17 February 2023 on Fridays.
