Tol A$$ Mo seen giving Mome kisses on Instagram Live

It seems funnyman Mongezi Mahlangu (professionally known as Tol A$$ Mo) and author Mome Mahlangu are rekindling their flame after a recent video of the estranged couple surfaced on the internet.

Tol A$$ Mo and Mome made headlines this year after the comedian appeared on DJ Fresh’s podcast (WAW! What A Week with DJ Fresh) and announced that he was separating from his wife of 11 years and in the process of filing for divorce.

“People grow, we grew apart, we went through so many struggles in our relationship. I was there for her as much as she was there for me. It really hurts me so much, we have reached a point where things are not working between the two of us,” said Tol A$$ Mo. He also mentioned he had no desire to marry a black woman again, adding that Mome was not the reason for his decision but rather the trauma he experienced from the rape allegations from model Lerato Moloi that he was later acquitted for.

Gossip blog MAPHEPHANDABA shared a video of the two sitting in a restaurant while Mome chatted to Instagram users on Instagram Live. In the screen-recorded clip, Tol A$$ Mo is seen planting kisses on a giddy Mome’s cheek.

The video posted on Instagram made its way to other social media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter). The difference in opinions on the couple reuniting was evident:
