Father of the late South African rapper Kiernan Forbes who was affectionally known as AKA has taken to his social media platforms to share the conscious health decision, he has taken of developing healthy habits.
The start of a new year is often used as the greatest opportunity to be on reset mode. These habits can include improving eating habits, productivity habits, social and communicative habits, health challenges and any other forms of evolving that one feels fits them best.
Sharing the progress of his “Tony’s good habits and activities,” the 55-year old shared that he he has completed day 4 and is left with 17 days of his 21 day challenge.

Upon encountering a few challenges on day 3 of his journey Tony took to share, “I was bit lazy because I went to bad late. Just teaches me the lesson that I have to go to bed on time if I want to exercise and get more healthier.”

Looking back at his day 2, Tony took to enlighten followers that he was not doing this simply for himself but for Kiernan too. He further encouraged people to join him in this journey.
