Big Concerts, the leading music promoter in South Africa, has announced that Travis Scott will be extending his ‘Circus Maximus World Tour’, with a stop in Johannesburg this October.
The tour, which has already made history as the highest-grossing rap tour ever, will now include stadium shows across five countries, starting at FNB Stadium on October 11.
Scott, known for his unique blend of hip-hop, trap, and psychedelic rap, shared his excitement about the extension in an Instagram post.
This will be his first South African performance in years, and fans can expect his signature high-energy show, complete with elaborate stage designs and an immersive atmosphere.

The ‘Circus Maximus World Tour’ originally kicked off in October 2023 and has seen 76 sold-out shows across North America, Europe, Latin America, and beyond.
With critically acclaimed albums like ‘Astroworld’, and collaborations with artists such as Kanye West, Drake, and Kid Cudi, Scott has built a reputation for electrifying live performances.
This is a major moment for South African fans, as Castle Lite Unlocks brings ‘Circus Maximus’ to Johannesburg for the first time since 2019.
