Media personality and gym fanatic Unathi Nkayi recently shared how she maintains her fabulous body through her eating plan. Known for her fitness craze, the radio host, singer, and MC also keeps her body in good shape by eating well balanced meals.
Sharing with her million followers on Instagram after being asked on numerous occasions what her eating plan was, as gyming needs to go with a good eating plan, Unathi shared:
“FOOD THERAPY TUESDAY. Many of you have asked me to share what I eat. I am NOT a nutritionist at ALL so PLEASE to the ‘KNOW it ALLS’ I’m just sharing what works for me NOW. I chop and change as the seasons change too. I don’t eat before noon and try not to eat after 7pm.”
She also added:
“Small portions help. I don’t eat bread, pasta and dairy. I’ve even cut out almond milk in my coffee. Black coffee and tea it is. I have plant based days where I don’t eat animal products. Know that spinach and broccoli are protein too. YES I drink…..Gin with apple juice or water and I love bubbles too. PS I’ve also been doing ab workouts since my daughter was born and she’s now 12 so give yourself a break Gheliswa (girl)??.”

“Consistency and discipline sis, most of us know what to do, myself included, do it for a day or 3 or even a month and fall off the wagon, but we keep fighting. I love that you celebrate yourself, anyone whose been down this road, knows what it takes to do what you’ve done and maintain it. Camagu sis.”
“?????look at you sexy mama?xem some people are lucky, I can be as consistent as I like, cut out carbs as you advise and leave dairy alone and even said goodbye to alcohol, tjoooooo where is the ass?? Dololo (nothing), where are the curves?? Dololo as for that six pack I will comment after 5 years Mara I am sure the answer is “Dololo”.”
