Joining forces with food and drink brand Teazy, Stilo Magolide offers R25,000 for each person who manages to find a ‘Golden Kiss’ can as part of their creative campaign.
When it comes to marketing, brands have to continuously find innovative ways to get their name out into the world as so many strategies have been used and are just about worn out now. Teazy’s campaign with Micheal Chirwa, who goes by his rap alias Stilo Magolide, definitely ticks the creativity and unique boxes and will get people talking because one thing about South Africans, and probably everyone else, they love money.
Taking to his Instagram, the former Boyzin Bucks member revealed how this whole frenzy would work, explaining that the campaign would begin on the 22 November, and will run until all 15 cans have been claimed. Continuing, the rapper revealed how the campaign would work, explaining that there are a total of 15 Golden Kiss cans that have been strategically placed in specific carry packs, ready for the lucky winners to pick them up.

Currently, Teazy is not the most popular or go-to alcoholic beverage, however, with this campaign and the festive season in sight, we might be singing a different tune come next year, or even a few weeks from now. Although finding 15 exclusive cans will be similar to finding a needle in a haystack, the reward will surely be worth it. Furthermore, we can only hope that the beverage at least tastes good, to help console those who will not be fortunate enough to find the ‘Golden Kiss’ cans.
